I just had to share this picture from a recent collaboration I am really exited about! I am so in love with it.
My part in the collaboration is this dress based on italian renaissance at Borgia times. It is three parts:
- a plain white chemise
- a kirtle (underdress) made from copper satin (skirt) and silk brocade (bodice part) with a line of pearls at the neckline. It has side lacing to adjust for different sizes
- a second layer of dress with front lacing made from cotton velvet, embroidered tafetta and again the silk brocade. The sleeves are detachable.
The whole dress is decorated with trim in gold an brown, sequins, pearls and small beads.
Basically, there's not much to tell about myself. I'm from northern Germany, I got two wonderful cats and work part time as a secretary. |
I love fantasy, I do roleplay, I adore beautiful gowns and I earn part of my living by sewing them and making other stuff.
Now, here comes a little advertising: If you want a gown costum-made, don't hesitate to contact me. Or take a look at my website and get inspired. You can buy my gowns at etsy, too: www.etsy.com/shop/Aricia

I'd like to thank all the wonderful people here for their support. You keep me going when times are hard!
I try to thank your for every but sometimes I'm too busy. But they are nevertheless highly appreciated.
